Terms of Service

Nexourz BI is a hosted analytics platform. We provide it as described in our documentation and on this website. Features marked WIP on our website are not yet available and are not part of what you are buying.

You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly at security@nexourz.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and display it back to your users. We do not use it to train models. On termination you may export your data; see retention in the privacy policy.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or connect data you lack the right to process. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Fees are billed annually in advance unless agreed otherwise, are non-refundable except where required by law, and exclude taxes.

We work to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA; where one is agreed in an Enterprise order form, that document governs. We would rather say this plainly than imply a guarantee we have not committed to.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate at the end of a subscription term with reasonable notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. On termination your right to use the service ends and we will delete or return your data as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes by email or in-product before they take effect.
